Recently, Pierce Transit Transit hosted NTI’s “Public Involvement in Transportation Decision-Making” course, bringing staff together to strengthen the skills that support meaningful community engagement.
NTI instructors Jonathan Bartsch and Abby Hall guided participants through practical approaches to:

-Using interest-based problem-solving to navigate complex issues
-Developing effective public involvement strategies
-Creating more inclusive engagement processes that lead to stronger transportation decisions
