Audience:
This course is intended for those individuals currently employed in the transit industry in any capacity in the field of transit human resources management. Prior experience in transit and/or in HR should be considered by transit agencies when selecting participants.
Description:
This is the first workshop of four modules that identifies the changing role of human resources. It discusses client relations, human resources as a business partner, a human resources action model, a human resource business case, ethical challenges, legal issues and contract and negotiation skills.
Objectives:
